At Intimate Connections Birthwork (ICBW), we honor the energetic, personal, and intimate nature of the work and products we offer. Please review our refund and return policy carefully:

Doula Services & Intimate Coaching Sessions

All deposits made to retain doula or coaching services are non-refundable. This secures your spot and reflects the commitment of time and energetic preparation.
All services rendered are non-refundable. Once services are completed—whether in-person, virtually, or through custom offerings—no refunds will be issued.

We encourage clear communication before booking to ensure alignment and understanding of the support provided.

Adult Boutique Product Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our boutique items (including toys, oils, and accessories), all product sales are final and non-refundable.

However, we stand behind the quality of our offerings. If you experience a manufacturer defect or malfunction within 14 days of purchase, you may be eligible for an exchange. To initiate an exchange:

Proof of defect is required (photo or video evidence).
The original item must be returned in its original packaging.
Upon review and approval, a replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Cancellation Policy

At Intimate Connections Birthwork, we value your time, energy, and commitment—as well as our own. To honor the space we hold for every client, the following cancellation policy is in place:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled service (including sessions, consultations, and in-person appointments).
If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours' notice, 50% of the service fee will be retained.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged in full.

We understand that life happens—especially during pregnancy and parenthood—so if you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs with care and flexibility.
